Amazing customer service and really helpful!
Royal Mail lost my original parcel, I contacted iconic customer service straight away, I was contacted a few days later and after a few email exchanges they rectified my issue and sent a replacement! So quick, easy and super friendly!

Still no order after 2 weeks,they don't answer emails or dms rubbish company!!!

Have received the eyeshadow palette, arrived damaged, have emailed twice, not received any reply, really disappointed, have bought loads of stuff from here!

Bought the eyebrow kit and was excited to use it , it was good for about 2 days then snapped and broke the brush will not go back in and pencil part is off , cheap material. Worst of all I messaged iconic and still have not had a reply

I purchased a triple Precision Brow Definer in March which seemed ok the first few times I used it, however quite faint given it was supposed to be the darkest shade! Seemed to stop working despite being stored correctly and with the liner side downward so the liquid could soak into the nib. Must say I'm not sure they're legitimate as I have emailed them twice regarding sending me a replacement pen but have had no response to either email or web form I submitted online. Just poor customer service, especially given the price! Won't be buying from again. Much better products out there for less. Don't bother!!

*Update* 21/5 The section of the pen that I was able to use broke in half yesterday. Not what you would expect from a premium quality product! I have for the third time now sent an email in. I don't expect any response - will update review response pending!

I love this make up. It never sits on the skin, lasts all day and feels like a luxury. I’m pretty much swapping out all my make up to just be from iconic. The brushes are awesome too. The mascara is a major win!!! I’d recommend to anyone with a face! Haha

I absolutely love the products I purchased and can’t wait to buy more, it would be so handy if you did delivery to Qatar though as I will have to wait till I next travel to the uk to purchase anything else

Disappointed with the crayons. The crayon part fell out, and not as nice as Charlotte tilbury to work with. And Charlotte Tilsbury do a MUA discount.
Service is always good with iconic, and the prep and set I really like. I have them in both colours.

I heard about your mascara through Gemma Atkinson on her Instagram video as she raves on about it so thought I’d have ago.. best mascara I’ve used and seriously quick postage too.. well worth the money

So original order arrived damaged, hence 3 stars.
However when the issue was pointed out it was immediately resolved and a new undamaged item sent out, so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
